We collect information you provide when creating an account, importing financial data, or contacting support. This includes name, email, business information, and financial transaction data necessary to provide the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide and improve EntityTaxPro services. We do not sell or share your financial data with third parties for advertising purposes. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing).
3. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Access to customer data is role-restricted and fully logged. We undergo regular security reviews to maintain the integrity of our systems.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days following cancellation to allow data export. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted per our deletion policy.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Submit requests to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
7. Healthcare Entities
EntityTaxPro can serve healthcare entities and is able to enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with qualifying customers who handle Protected Health Information (PHI). Contact us at [email protected] to request a BAA.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes to this policy take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
